The Chamber Technology Lab is actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Radiologic Technologist to join our elite team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including but not limited to X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and mammograms, while adhering to established safety protocols.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure the highest quality imaging results.
• Prepare patients for their imaging procedures by explaining the process, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their comfort throughout the examination.
• Review and interpret imaging results, determining the need for additional images and collaborating with physicians to evaluate any abnormalities or irregularities detected.
• Maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding patient information and privacy.
• Stay abreast of advances in imaging technology and best practices, integrating this knowledge into daily operations to enhance patient care.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to continually refine skills and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals of all ages, from routine wellness checks to complex medical conditions requiring advanced imaging. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field is required.
• Current certification and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is mandatory.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in Minnesota.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in a varied array of imaging procedures, particularly in a hospital or outpatient setting, will be favored. Proficiency in advanced imaging technologies and a passion for continuous learning are highly desirable attributes.
