Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse array of imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and mammography, following established protocols to ensure patient safety and image quality.
• Utilize and adjust advanced imaging equipment accurately and effectively to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients prior to imaging procedures, providing clear instructions and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
• Critically review and interpret imaging results to determine the necessity of additional images, identifying any potential abnormalities that may require further assessment.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver timely and precise diagnostic information, enhancing the decision-making process for patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations to protect patient information and privacy.
• Stay informed on advancements in radiologic technology and imaging techniques to continually improve the standard of care provided.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a closely related field.

• Valid state licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in Florida.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-stress environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining precise and accurate records.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic imaging setting, showcasing a history of effectively using imaging technologies.
• Experience in additional modalities such as mammography or MRI is highly desirable.
• A demonstrated ability to provide outstanding patient care and comfort during imaging processes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
