Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and mammograms, ensuring each image produced meets the specifications required for accurate diagnosis.
• Calibrate and maintain imaging equipment to guarantee optimal performance and image quality, while troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
• Prepare patients for imaging exams by explaining procedures, providing reassurance, and addressing any concerns to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Review and evaluate imaging results, discerning when additional imaging is necessary and identifying any anomalies that may require further investigation.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to facilitate timely and accurate diagnoses and treatment plans, sharing insights gained from imaging results.
• Document patient interactions and imaging results thoroughly in electronic records, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards to uphold patient confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous education, remaining informed about advancements in imaging technologies and techniques to enhance patient care quality.

Qualifications
