MaidTech Diagnostic Lab in Austin, Texas, invites skilled Radiologic Technologists to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this full-time, onsite role, Radiologic Technologists will play a critical role in performing diagnostic imaging procedures that contribute to superior patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures, including but not limited to X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and mammography while adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Utilize specialized imaging equipment, adjusting settings as necessary to acquire high-quality images critical for accurate diagnostics.
• Educate and prepare patients before imaging procedures to ensure understanding and comfort, reducing anxiety through effective communication.
• Analyze and interpret images promptly to identify any potential abnormalities and assess whether further imaging is required.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and medical staff in a multi-disciplinary team to support timely and precise patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, strictly following HIPAA regulations to uphold patient confidentiality and safety.
• Continuously update your knowledge of the latest advancements in imaging technology and practices to elevate the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Radiologic Technologist at MaidTech, you will interact with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. You will contribute to the diagnostic process for various conditions, managing care for patients undergoing routine screening as well as those facing more complex health issues. Your role directly impacts our patients' journey to recovery by ensuring they receive the highest quality imaging services.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid certification and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• State licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in Texas.
• High level of proficiency in imaging equipment and a strong knowledge of radiographic principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage patient interactions effectively.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or hospital setting performing diagnostic imaging.
• Demonstrated expertise in various imaging techniques, particularly in high-volume environments.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and radiology information systems (RIS).

Compensation and Benefits
