Key Responsibilities

• Utilizing advanced radiographic equipment including X-ray machines, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and ultrasound systems to capture critical images of patients’ anatomy.
• Positioning patients accurately to ensure the acquisition of clear and diagnostic-quality images while observing all safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
• Applying radiation safety measures in compliance with industry standards, ensuring lead aprons and barriers are used appropriately for the protection of patients and staff.
• Reviewing images post-processing to confirm they meet quality standards and are suitable for diagnostic interpretation by the medical staff.
• Collaborating with physician colleagues to assist in developing appropriate imaging protocols and ensuring an understanding of patient-specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Radiologic Technologist at BrightTech Imaging Solutions, you will serve a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. You will interact with individuals requiring various imaging services, from routine diagnostic X-rays to more complex imaging procedures linked to surgical interventions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent national certification.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in Wisconsin.
• Proficiency in CPR and emergency response protocols.
• Strong computer skills, with experience in hospital support software, electronic health records, and administrative task completion.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with experience in a surgical or hospital environment, particularly in advanced imaging procedures like CT and MRI, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with software programs such as MediTech, Halogen, and Relias will be an advantage as these tools are utilized frequently in our operations.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
