Receptionist. At Lyons Gaddis, we pride ourselves on providing top legal services with integrity, precision, and a client-first approach. With decades of combined legal experience, our team is committed to excellence and we are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Admin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls appropriately
  • Take and relay accurate messages
  • Respond to general inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Prepare outgoing mail, USPS, FedEx, UPS and manage courier services
  • Maintain conference room schedules and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings
  • Assist with document scanning, copying, and printing
  • Order and maintain office supplies for front office area

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable with phone systems, scanners, copiers, and office technology
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
