KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls appropriately
- Take and relay accurate messages
- Respond to general inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Prepare outgoing mail, USPS, FedEx, UPS and manage courier services
- Maintain conference room schedules and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings
- Assist with document scanning, copying, and printing
- Order and maintain office supplies for front office area
SKILLS
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with phone systems, scanners, copiers, and office technology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
