What You'll Do:Deliver thorough and gentle cleanings including scaling, polishing, and fluoride application
Collaborate with the doctor to assess oral health and create personalized treatment plans
Take and review digital X-rays to support accurate diagnosis and care
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and the importance of preventative care
Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure a safe, clean work environment
Keep detailed patient records using our digital management software
Foster a calm, professional, and compassionate atmosphere for every patient
Active Dental Hygiene License in Ohio
Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (preferred or willing to obtain)
Proficiency with digital radiography and dental software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for educating patients and providing high-quality, patient-first care
