What You'll Do:
  • Deliver thorough and gentle cleanings including scaling, polishing, and fluoride application

  • Collaborate with the doctor to assess oral health and create personalized treatment plans

  • Take and review digital X-rays to support accurate diagnosis and care

  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and the importance of preventative care

  • Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure a safe, clean work environment

  • Keep detailed patient records using our digital management software

  • Foster a calm, professional, and compassionate atmosphere for every patient

What You Bring:
  • Active Dental Hygiene License in Ohio

  • Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (preferred or willing to obtain)

  • Proficiency with digital radiography and dental software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for educating patients and providing high-quality, patient-first care

  • A collaborative spirit and a growth mindset
