**Exciting Opportunity for RN Psych: Transform Lives in Behavioral Health!** **Job Description:** - **Position Title:** Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health - **Position Type:** Travel RN, Night Shift (11PM - 7AM) - **Openings Available:** 1 - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 40 - **Weekend Availability:** Every other weekend required - **Call Requirements:** No call - **Required Certifications:** BLS - **Experience Level:** Minimum of 1 year RN experience required; behavioral health experience preferred - **Float Requirements:** Yes **Unit Information:** - **Total Beds:** 104 across five units (adult, child, geri) - **Patient Ratios:** Variable 1:8 (geri and pedi have lower ratios) - **Electronic Health Record (EHR):** Cerner - **Patient Population:** Geriatric, pediatric (ages 5-17), adults - 2 adult units (24 beds each) - 24 beds in geri unit - 12 beds in pedi unit - **Leadership Structure:** Shift supervisors available for support **Responsibilities:** - Provide compassionate care to individuals with behavioral health needs - Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes - Deliver support for common diagnoses including schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders - Engage with both adult and pediatric patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Blue **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
