Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients to identify their medical needs, document findings, and collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as indicated by physicians, carefully monitoring patient responses to evaluate the effectiveness of prescribed therapies.
• Regularly monitor and document vital signs and symptoms, utilizing electronic health record systems to facilitate real-time updates on patient statuses and progress.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Ohio.
