Position DetailsLocation: Southborough, Massachusetts
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
On-Call: 1 week every 4-6 weeks
Territory Coverage: Boston Metropolitan Area
Key Responsibilities- Manage ventilation patients in pediatric and ALS care settings
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Provide specialized patient and caregiver education
- Set up and monitor highly technical respiratory equipment
- Maintain meticulous documentation
- Provide on-call consultations
- Support equipment download and tracking
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation:- $45–$50/hour depending on experience
- Mileage reimbursement
- Sign-On Bonus:
- $2,000 after 60 days
- Additional $2,000 after 180 days

QualificationsRequired:- Active RRT or RN licensure
- Valid driver's license
- Pediatric and/or ALS Ventilation experience
- Proficiency with equipment download software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Deductive problem-solving skills
Preferred:- Home respiratory care experience
- Advanced technical equipment knowledge
- Experience with Care Orchestrator, Astral software
- Continuous learning orientation
