Stone Cottage Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Sigourney, IA, is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. Whether you're looking for PRN flexibility or a structured weekend schedule with full-time pay, we have a place for you.

Available Shifts:

• PRN

• Weekend Baylor Program
  Choose from two structured options and receive full-time pay and benefits (40 hours):

  • Three 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Two 16-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery of resident care

• Monitor and evaluate care practices and outcomes

• Provide hands-on nursing care and promote teamwork within the unit

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa

• Supervisory experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to resident-centered care
