Licensed Therapist (Remote: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Bothell, WA

Job Type: Full-Time             
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Responsibilities:
• Perform client assessments and develop personalized therapy plans.
• Provide virtual therapy to individuals seeking guidance and support.
• Use telehealth services to make therapy accessible from any location.
• Ensure clients feel heard, valued, and respected during sessions.
• Keep clear and accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to keep up with best practices.

Salary: $90k to $110k per year with full benefits

Who You Are:
• You are an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW with a master’s degree in a related field.
• You have experience providing therapy independently, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
• You have a knack for building trust and creating a sense of security, even in virtual settings.
• You’re comfortable navigating telehealth platforms.
