Remote Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Kent, WA

Job Type: Full-Time             
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Role:
• Conduct initial assessments to better understand clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions tailored to individual goals and challenges.
• Make mental health care accessible by providing telehealth services to clients from various backgrounds.
• Foster a trusting environment where clients feel comfortable and supported.
• Stay on top of documentation and provide accurate, timely records.
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional growth.

Salary: $90k to $110k per year with full benefits

About You:
• You hold an active LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW license with a master’s degree in a related field.
• You’re experienced in providing therapy independently, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• You can build genuine connections with clients in virtual settings.
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using telehealth tools.
