Remote Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW) - Naples, Florida | Work From Home

Role Highlights:

• 100% remote with flexible scheduling, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Competitive salary: $100k-$110k per year + performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques
• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists
• Use digital assessment tools to monitor treatment effectiveness

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW in Florida
• Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• At least 1 year of independent licensure, 2+ years preferred
• Experience with CBT and working with diverse mental health conditions
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital clinical tools
