Remote Licensed Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) – Full-Time Opportunity in Hayward, California

Employment Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, remote
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Offer therapy services through secure virtual platforms
• Develop treatment plans based on individual client needs
• Coordinate with other professionals for well-rounded client care
• Maintain detailed, confidential session notes
• Keep up with developments in mental health care

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
• Minimum of two years of experience in therapy or counseling
• Telehealth experience is a plus
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients remotely
