Walt Churchill's Market is looking for a Part-Time Pharmacist at our Perrysburg, OH location.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy department.
• Performs all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed.
• Relies on experience and professional judgement to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
• Ensures outstanding customer service is always exhibited by all employees.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information in accordance with HIPPA standards.
• Complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the State Board of Pharmacy, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Food and Drug Administration.
• Oversees the transmitting, processing, and receiving of orders to from the wholesalers and additional suppliers as needed. 
• Ensures prescription files and other manual records are maintained in accordance with all state and federal guidelines. 
• Actively participates in company initiatives to increase pharmacy profitability. 
• Complies with all WCM pharmacy policies, procedures, rules and standards.

Pharmacy hours are:

Monday-Friday: 9am-7pm

Saturday: 9am-5pm

Sunday: Closed

Schedule:

This position requires at least one 10 hour shift per week typically 9am - 7pm. There will be expectations to cover time off in the department. No Sundays or major holidays.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Ohio
• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting, preferred
• The ability to use a computer for day-to-day tasks
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
• Must be able to pass a background check
