Job Description
Orthopedic Associates (OA) is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Revenue Cycle Support Specialist to join our team, at our Centerville administrative office.

What You’ll Do:
- Effectively review Clearinghouse and Payer Level Rejects and correct accordingly
- Conduct Clearinghouse Batch Submissions and Reconciliation
- Work Front End Clearinghouse and Payer Level Rejects
- Complete all tasks related to Hospital Call Contracts
- Utilize Problem-Solving and Organizational abilities
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask
- Perform accurate accounting and write off standards
- Create own goals to achieve positive results
- Effectively communicate edit trends to Management
- Adhere to company policies for patients and internal staff
- Stay current on billing, coding and payer policies
- Adapt to new internal and payer policies
- Consistently document pertinent communication with patients, internal staff and payers
- Perform additional support duties for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Department as directed by Management

Required Experience:
- Minimum education level of high school diploma and/or equivalent education.
- ICD-10/CPT Knowledge or Certification a plus
- Minimum of 2 years Health Care Billing industry experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology, and the various medical specialties as required in areas of responsibility.
