Description:Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time | 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts

Auburn, IN (Just 20 minutes north of Fort Wayne)

What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: Earn up to $44/hour PLUS:
  • Sign-On Bonus:
    • Full-Time: $5/hour up to $10,000
    • Part-Time: $5/Up to $5,000
  • Respiratory Unit Bonus: Additional $1/hour
  • Mileage Reimbursement: For commutes over 20 miles (up to 50 miles round trip)

Shift Options:
  • Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM - $4/per hour shift differential!

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process
  • Ensure positive clinical outcomes and maintain compliance
  • Supervise and support CNAs and QMAs
  • Excellent documentation

Requirements:

Requirements of the Registered Nurse:

  • Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana (Compact Licenses Accepted)
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
