Sierra LifeCare is a Pediatric Home Health Agency providing Nursing services in the Broward County area for over 20 years. We are currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy and G-tube in a home care setting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with trach care, suctioning, G-tube feedings, medication administration, and emergency response protocols. This is a rewarding one-on-one opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a patient’s life.

*This case is located in the Pembroke Pines area.

*Must have a minimum of two years of pediatric experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active RN or LPN Florida Nursing License
• CPR Certification
• Minimum of two years of Nursing/Pediatric experience
• Prior experience with trach and g-tube care
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Active Level 2 ACHA Background Check
