Job Description:
Belen Consolidated Schools is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to support middle school students in a school-based setting in Belen, New Mexico. This role focuses on improving student mobility, access to learning environments, and overall physical independence.

Belen, NM (Onsite Middle School Caseload)

Position Type:
Full-Time | School Year Schedule | MondayFriday

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs.

• Perform evaluations and create treatment plans based on student needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success.

• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings.

• Monitor and reassess students' progress regularly.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Masters or Doctorate).

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Mexico (or eligible).

• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
