Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches to address diverse mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, applying your expertise and compassion.
- Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
Qualifications:
- An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively work with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
- Display strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Compensation:
Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on your experience and credentials.
