Licensed Clinical Social Worker Role Available (Full-Time)

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assess clients’ social and emotional well-being through comprehensive evaluations.
- Offer therapeutic support to individuals and groups using evidence-based practices.
- Develop actionable service plans aimed at achieving client milestones.
- Advocate for equitable access to community and social services.
- Partner with community agencies to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to the refinement of programs and service models.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and community events.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social work from a recognized program.
- Current LCSW licensure in your practicing state.
- Strong understanding of advocacy, trauma care, and social justice principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Nonprofit experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
