Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialized clinical services to individuals with mental health needs. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess patients, develop treatment plans, provide counseling and therapy, and coordinate care to support their overall well-being.
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical interventions including crisis intervention, psychopharmacology, and counseling services.
- Utilize case management skills to coordinate services and resources for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients with co-occurring medical conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using electronic health records systems.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of clinical counseling practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
