SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients' emotional and mental health.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state.
- Must have experience working with older adults
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
