Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Opportunity in Bend, Oregon

We’re seeking an LCSW to join our mission-driven healthcare team, focusing on providing mental health support to patients within a community-centered environment. This position plays a key role in performing assessments and delivering timely interventions.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed records of client progress aligned with individualized care goals.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations by interviewing patients and their families.
• Help identify at-risk clients and contribute to preventive care strategies.
• Work closely with the care team to develop and execute holistic care plans.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Current LCSW license in Oregon.
• Experience with clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
