To support this mission we are looking for part-time and full-time licensed LPCCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area. Fully Remote! Substantial Sign-on Bonus! Introduction:
Over the last few years, we have seen many changes in the way that we conduct our day-to-day responsibilities. With the pandemic came a need to make care more accessible to those who need it. The company focuses on solutions-based therapy which ensures that their individual treatment goals are often reached, versus retaining the same patients for an extended time.
Job Overview:
This position allows you the freedom and the flexibility to build your own schedule. A typical caseload involves patients who suffer from conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, grief, and other conditions that would benefit from solutions-based therapy. All of the patients are stable and have low acuity.
Schedule:
Your sessions with our clients are typically 45 minutes long and can be scheduled at your discretion. To remain an active provider, you can work as little as 5 - 10 hours a week and more than 40 hours a week based on your needs. If you prefer, you can even set up a regular schedule instead of individual time slots in our system to ensure that you are receiving the most out of your schedule.
