Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. Social workers help people cope with challenges in their lives. They help with a wide range of situations, such as adopting a child, being diagnosed with a terminal illness, or preventing and treating substance abuse.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health services including intake, crisis intervention, individual and potential group counseling.
- Participates in professional meetings to discuss patient needs and progress
- Assists with linkages to medical services and other community resources.
- Fosters a multi-disciplinary environment, coordinating with primary care providers and psychiatrist as needed.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Services
- At least 2 years of experience in this field
- Current and active BBS number (LCSW)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create a calming and supportive therapeutic environment.
