Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine personalized treatment plans.

- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
- Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in full compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrate specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders.
