Associate Clinical Social Worker

Associate Clinical Social Worker | Berkeley, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $66,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience

Job Summary

The position involves connecting patients with the medical and social resources they need to thrive. ASWs/ACSWS in this role gain supervised experience in a hybrid model that blends office, field, and telehealth practice.

Core Duties

1. Facilitate psychosocial assessments and contribute to care plans
2. Support individuals in obtaining referrals and accessing services
3. Maintain communication with clients through multiple channels
4. Collaborate across interdisciplinary care teams
5. Document services accurately and timely

Qualifications

1. California ASW/ACSW license required
2. Background in social or behavioral health care
3. At least 1 year in client-centered services
4. Knowledge of regional social service networks
5. Interpersonal and organizational strengths

Preferred

1. Bilingual skills (Spanish desirable)
2. Familiarity with integrated behavioral health
3. Valid driver’s license
