Associate Clinical Social Worker

Associate Clinical Social Worker | Oakland, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $66,000 – $80,000, depending on background

Job Summary

As part of the care team, this position supports clients through assessment, referrals, and coordinated follow-up. Ideal for an ASW/ACSW aiming to develop skills in a supervised hybrid role, this position connects individuals with both medical and community support systems.

Core Duties

1. Provide client assessments to inform treatment planning
2. Assist with referrals and link clients to needed services
3. Maintain engagement and consistent follow-up
4. Work across teams including providers and community partners
5. Ensure accurate and compliant recordkeeping

Qualifications

1. California ASW/ACSW license required
2. At least 1 year of client-based service experience
3. Knowledge of behavioral health or related care
4. Resourceful with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred

1. Spanish fluency a plus
2. Training in integrated care settings
3. Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
