Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' presenting issues, life histories, and professional treatment goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's situation.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and narrative therapy.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to promote their emotional and mental health.
• Maintain confidentiality in all client interactions, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and legal standards governing social work practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, staying informed of the latest best practices and therapeutic methods in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
