This role is imbued with flexibility, allowing for remote work while also incorporating essential in-person visits at local hospice centers when necessary. The primary focus of this role is on seniors, many of whom are facing complex health issues, societal challenges, and end-of-life considerations. You will work closely with these clients and their families, offering a safe space to discuss fears, aspirations, and the social support necessary to enhance their quality of life.
The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
