Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments which include psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs and risks.
• Collaborate with clients to create detailed, personalized treatment plans that consider their specific goals and cultural contexts.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)—in various settings including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Provide rapid crisis intervention services, coordinating with other professionals to guarantee clients receive the continuum of care they require.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Deliver psychoeducation sessions for patients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective coping with mental health conditions.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, ensuring holistic and comprehensive care for each client.
• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to care plans based on client feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the mental health field, applying insights to enhance clinical practice.

Qualifications
