Position Overview

The work setting is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while working from the comfort of your home. As part of a Detox Center, you'll be dealing with clients who are undergoing significant transitions, requiring a skilled and empathetic approach. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments using standardized tools to evaluate client strengths, mental health conditions, and treatment needs.
• Offer tailored evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, groups, and families, ensuring sessions are structured yet adaptable to meet diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated care plans that prioritize comprehensive mental wellness.
• Act as an advocate for clients, guiding them in accessing community resources, support services, and their rights within the healthcare system.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions to contribute insights and enhance your clinical acumen through continuous learning opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve individuals grappling with acute mental health challenges related to addiction and recovery. You will be engaging with clients from various backgrounds, each with unique circumstances and experiences. This role demands cultural competence and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships, fostering trust as clients navigate their recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in California.
• At least two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a concentration on behavioral health.
• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic assessment and treatment plan development tailored to the needs of individuals with complex mental health issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical to forming and maintaining rapport with diverse clients.
• A solid commitment to cultural sensitivity, ethical practices, and social justice within therapeutic frameworks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based interventions, particularly in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
• Proven capacity to work independently as well as collaborating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Exposure to electronic health record management and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and client caseload. In addition to financial compensation, you will enjoy:
