Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that may incorporate both individual and group therapy.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions aimed at overcoming dependencies, enhancing self-awareness, and promoting positive behavior changes.
• Establish realistic and achievable treatment goals in collaboration with clients, guided by a strong adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records, including detailed progress notes, in compliance with both state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical director to ensure the accuracy of documentation through chart audits and reviews of individual and group session notes.
• Foster professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to build a supportive treatment network.
• Participate actively in team meetings and clinical supervision, contributing ideas for quality improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive support to patients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
