Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexible working arrangements. You will be part of a collaborative team of mental health professionals that prioritize consistent communication and support. Our remote work infrastructure utilizes various platforms for case management and teletherapy sessions to ensure that you have the tools needed to provide optimal care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the diverse needs of students and their families.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations using a variety of psychological tests and clinical methodologies.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize specific client goals while incorporating feedback from families and educators.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting suicide risk assessments, developing safety plans, and coordinating hospitalizations when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and external healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and support for students.
• Maintain and document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Support the development and review of clinical policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines within the organization.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending team meetings, trainings, and workshops aimed at enhancing clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents facing a myriad of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Your experience and skills will enable you to connect with students from various backgrounds and cultural contexts, providing therapeutic services that address their unique emotional and psychological needs. Building trusting relationships with students, families, and educational staff will be key to effectively supporting student mental health and wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia is required.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health services, particularly within educational settings, to individuals and families.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and other relevant treatment frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and navigating complex mental health issues effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to convey information clearly and compassionately.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a talent for developing meaningful therapeutic alliances with clients and families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in school-based mental health settings or program development can enhance your candidacy.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms, electronic health record systems, and digital documentation practices is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
