Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, tailoring your approach to each unique situation.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring clients receive customized support based on their specific challenges.
• Develop comprehensive service plans aimed at achieving clients' personal goals, fostering empowerment through strategic resources and interventions.
• Actively advocate for clients’ rights, navigating complex systems to secure necessary resources and support amidst social justice issues.
• Engage in program development initiatives, contributing insights on evaluation and grant reporting to enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications
