Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to assess patients' mental health status, strengths, and needs through both virtual and in-person consultations.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to the patient’s unique situation.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create coordinated care strategies that support comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Educating patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities to foster engagement and healing.
• Developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while aligning with the broader objectives of the community health clinic.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
