Inner Harmony Healing Center is actively seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our dedicated team in Aurora, Illinois. This full-time, remote position focuses on providing essential support to senior clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work and be fully licensed (LMSW) to practice in the state of Illinois, with a passion for improving the lives of older adults.

This role offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the convenience of your own home while ensuring their needs are met effectively. Although primarily remote, interaction will take place through virtual meetings and occasional visits to local facilities or client homes as required. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for occasional evening or weekend support as needed.

This role primarily centers on serving seniors, who face a myriad of challenges related to aging, including health issues, isolation, and transitions in living arrangements. You will work closely with families to provide essential support, education, and resources that foster a nurturing environment for their loved ones.
Experience working in a community center or senior care facility, with a solid background in counseling and case management, will be particularly advantageous. Familiarity with local resources, support groups, and programs directed at enhancing seniors’ lives is desired.
Inner Harmony Healing Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
