Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to diverse client needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals to guide client progress.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to provide coordinated care.
• Offering crisis intervention and safety planning as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
