Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments with clients via telehealth platforms, establishing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique backgrounds and needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting methodologies for effective remote delivery.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards while utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, participating in virtual meetings and consultations to coordinate care effectively.
• Engage in regular case reviews and peer consultations to enhance service delivery and share insights on innovative therapeutic practices.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, facilitating their journey toward recovery through digital means.

Qualifications
