Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LMSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique needs, formulating personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to maximize effectiveness for individual clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and the ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create holistic treatment strategies that enhance the effectiveness of care.
• Facilitate regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care provided to our clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health, integrating new findings into your practice to offer the best possible support to your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a varied clientele, predominantly consisting of individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, as well as those facing co-occurring mental health challenges. Your compassionate support will guide them through their recovery journey, addressing both psychological and emotional needs while enabling their transition back into everyday life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing mental health services, particularly in a psychotherapy setting.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and interventions tailored to diverse client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to build rapport with clients and families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
