Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop individualized service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring progress toward achieving client objectives.
• Provide compassionate counseling support to individuals and families dealing with life transitions, mental health issues, and crisis situations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to tailor service plans and connect them with vital community resources.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to ensure client well-being.
• Work in conjunction with community agencies to coordinate services and effectively advocate for clients’ needs.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness and promoting the valuable services offered by our organization.
• Engage in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training to enhance professional development and service delivery techniques.

The primary focus of your work will be on marginalized and underserved populations in Miami. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure that individuals possess the foundational knowledge necessary for effective social work practice.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential, affirming your professional qualification to practice in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
