Work Environment

This role is performed remotely, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you can deliver critical mental health services to clients in a comfortable setting. While you will conduct therapy sessions online, you will be closely connected to a supportive team of fellow professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and behavioral health specialists. Full-time work is expected with some flexibility for evening and weekend appointments to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health backgrounds, strengths, and treatment needs.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a diverse range of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that integrate client-specific goals and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate extensively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for each client.
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and devise safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress or safety concerns.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and group therapy sessions aimed at community education and client empowerment.
• Maintain precise, timely, and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
