The Mind Wealth Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is designed to be conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with clients and team members. You will be part of a vibrant collaborative team focused on delivering comprehensive support to children with disabilities or delays. Our primary focus is on children under the age of three who experience various developmental delays and disabilities. In this role, you will work closely with families navigating the complexities of early intervention, providing them with the support and knowledge needed to advocate for their child’s development. Your interventions will significantly impact their long-term outcomes, fostering a foundation for lifelong learning and success.
While the essential requirement is one year of experience working with children in early intervention, candidates with additional experience in social work settings, familiarity with evidence-based practices, and those who understand regulatory compliance within the field will be at an advantage. Moreover, strong coaching skills and the ability to engage families in the therapeutic process will be invaluable to your effectiveness in this role.
