Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments and therapy to clients with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disturbances in both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of services and effective communication among clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, customizing interventions suited to the specific needs of clients.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and management, including assessment and appropriate referrals to additional resources.
• Maintain ethical standards as per professional guidelines and organizational policies while contributing to overall clinical best practices.
• Oversee a manageable caseload, ensuring timely access to necessary therapeutic services and documentation for each client.
• Participate in program evaluations and quality improvement initiatives, actively contributing to enhancing service delivery within the organization.
• Be available for on-call support during assigned times, maintaining client continuity of care.

This role focuses on a diverse client base, primarily individuals facing significant mental health challenges due to severe emotional disorders or major mental illnesses. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work with a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably within hospice or similar environments.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
