Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, social functioning, and needs upon intake and during ongoing therapy sessions.
• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support for their specific challenges.
• Implement therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care methodologies, enhancing client resilience and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and professional development.
• Educate clients and their families on coping strategies, community resources, and best practices for mental health maintenance, empowering them to take active roles in their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele you will work with comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing their own mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Maine, with no disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical social work practice, particularly in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits
