Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans based on those assessments.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methodologies tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by accurately documenting clinical notes and treatment progress in a timely manner.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings to enhance service delivery standards and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Offer education and support to patients and their families, helping them navigate treatment options and access community resources effectively.
• Stay current with emerging research and trends in mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice for enhanced service delivery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services.
• Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and the ability to apply them effectively in practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and critical-thinking skills when developing treatment plans and interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in community health settings or outpatient mental health clinics.

Compensation and Benefits
