Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students, developing individualized treatment plans that address identified mental health challenges.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, group, couples, or family sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental health and wellness.
• Collaborate with educators and other healthcare providers to create a supportive environment that fosters student growth and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular supervision and continuous professional development activities aimed at enhancing clinical skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure compliance with all legal standards pertaining to clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with children, adolescents, and their families who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Our therapeutic approach is grounded in cultural competency, ensuring respect and understanding for each client’s unique background, experiences, and needs. Your interventions will have a direct impact on improving students' academic and social-emotional functioning.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in Texas.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical social work, particularly in school-based or community mental health settings.
• Deep understanding of mental health diagnosis, treatment modalities, and intervention strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in school settings or with children and adolescents is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and behavioral health interventions.
• Skill in utilizing telehealth platforms and other digital communication tools for effective service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
