Marriage Matters Counseling is actively seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to take on a full-time role within our remote community health clinic based in Boston, Massachusetts. In this vital role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in assessing, planning, and implementing crucial support services for seniors, enhancing their overall quality of life through informed care and advocacy.

This is a full-time remote position from the comfort of your home, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a professional engagement with clients. You will primarily work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on client needs. Flexibility in your schedule is crucial to ensure that you can accommodate client visits and provide continuous and responsive care. As a part of an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with diverse professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and other health-related personnel, to optimize client care.
As a Senior LICSW at Marriage Matters Counseling, your responsibilities will include:
Your primary focus will be on senior clients, many of whom face complex psychosocial challenges linked to aging. You will work with a diverse clientele, which may include individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, or those who require support during significant life transitions such as bereavement, relocation, or chronic health issues. Through tailored support and understanding, your work will directly impact their quality of life.
Experience working in community health clinics or similar environments focused on elderly care, along with knowledge of local resources and services available to seniors, will be viewed favorably in candidates.
